Application Overview
There are two deep wells on site, one 500 meters deep and the other 1000 meters deep. Real-time monitoring of the liquid level in the deep wells is required, and a 30-meter low-level alarm to stop the pump is set to prevent the deep well pump from running dry and burning out, thus protecting the deep well pump while monitoring the liquid level in real time.

Requirements: There are two deep wells on site, one 500 meters deep and the other 1000 meters deep. Real-time monitoring of the liquid level inside the deep wells is required, and a 30-meter low-level alarm to stop the pump is set to prevent the deep well pump from running dry and burning out, thus protecting the deep well pump while monitoring the liquid level in real time.
Needs Analysis
Due to the special nature of the measurement, non-contact methods such as ultrasonic waves cannot effectively transmit signals, and magnetic flap and bubble-type methods cannot be used for such a deep range. Therefore, only the WH311 submersible deep well level probe can be selected. It uses a laser hydrostatic principle, with a built-in high-pressure and high-sealing sensor chip, and an all-welded integral structure to ensure sealing at 1000 meters underwater (withstanding 100 Bar underwater pressure). The signal transmission uses a high-strength steel wire cable (during the placement process, the protection of the cable must be carefully considered) to ensure the real-time, high-precision and stable output of the measurement signal.
