WP435A-2G44E2M3N

The WP435A pressure transmitter uses a silicon piezoresistive sensor, combined with high-precision electronic components, and is assembled through a rigorous process. It fully utilizes the technical advantages of the sensor, giving the WP435A series of general-purpose pressure transmitters excellent technical performance. It has strong overload and shock resistance, small temperature drift, high stability, and high measurement accuracy. The WP435A series of general-purpose pressure transmitters is an all-welded stainless steel body with a built-in solid-state pressure-sensitive chip and a stainless steel diaphragm. The steel body is filled with silicone oil. The pressure being measured acts on the diaphragm and is transmitted to the sensitive chip through the silicone oil. The sensitive chip is connected to the transmitter's dedicated amplifier circuit via wires. It utilizes the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor silicon material to achieve the conversion of pressure to electrical signals. Because the electrical signal output from the Wheatstone bridge on the sensitive chip has a good linear relationship with the applied pressure, accurate pressure measurement can be achieved.

    1. Strong overload and impact resistance, high stability: better than 0.2% of full scale annually;

    2. Strong anti-interference ability: waterproof, dustproof, shockproof, and corrosion-resistant;

    3. Wide applicability: The product has various Models, process connection types, and process connection materials, suitable for various occasions in measurement;

    4. Easy installation: The product has a reasonable structure, small size, and light weight, and can be installed directly in any position.

    The transmitter consists of a sensor and a signal processing circuit. A Wheatstone bridge is located on the pressure-sensing surface of the sensor. When pressure increases, the resistance value of each bridge arm changes. This is converted into a voltage change by the signal processing circuit, and finally converted into a standard (4-20) mA DC signal output.
