User: Huawei Songshan Lake Headquarters
Requirements: The Huawei building has 3 fire water pools, each 5 meters high. Real-time water level display is required in the fire control room, simulating the water level display with high and low level alarms.
Project Key Points Analysis:
1. Three underground fire water pools, 5 meters high;
2. The fire water pool level signal needs to be transmitted 300 meters to the fire control room for display. The communication signal adopts an anti-interference design for long-distance transmission;
3. Not only real-time level display is required, but also an intuitive percentage light column to indicate the fire water pool level, and high and low level alarms are required.

Built-in monitoring component: WH311 adopts the anti-interference ring module design introduced by WHSENSORS, enabling the 4-20mA signal to be transmitted 5000 meters without loss and anti-interference,

The WH311 level sensor product has passed the 0.25% verification certificate from the Shenzhen Metrology Institute, and the accuracy calibration certificate from the SGS professional testing institution. High-precision measurement has passed the quality inspection certificates of domestic and foreign third-party organizations.

Waterproof Performance
|
The WH311 probe adopts a fully welded one-piece structure design, with an IP68 protection level. Each unit will pass a 20MPa waterproof test (equivalent to 2000 meters underwater waterproof);

Signal transmission uses high-strength polyurethane steel wire cable (during the laying process, pay attention to the protection of the cable), high-precision and stable output;

The WH6-T series intelligent fire light column level display has 4 relay switch quantity signal outputs: AHH high high-level alarm, AH high-level alarm, AL low-level alarm, and ALL low low-level alarm signal output points.

The WH6-T series fire light column level display uses an intelligent light column percentage to simulate the real-time water level of the fire water pool, and displays the water level height at the bottom, making the display of the fire water pool water level more intuitive.
