Case Description
I. Specific Requirements
Unit: Guizhou Provincial Geological Survey 111 Geological Team
Working conditions: Geothermal water extraction test in Yudongxia, deep well depth 1000 meters, water temperature within 90℃.
Monitoring requirements: Real-time display of deep well water level during the water extraction test to provide a basis for calculating geothermal resource exploitation; automated monitoring to improve office efficiency and reduce manpower input;
Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness;
Ensure long-term operation underwater at 1000 meters and below 90℃.
II. Measurement and Analysis
Deep well water level monitoring, due to its special measurement characteristics, non-contact methods such as radar level meters and ultrasonic level meters cannot effectively transmit signals, and magnetic level indicators and bubble-type level meters have depth limitations.
The WH311 deep well probe now uses a laser static pressure principle (laser calibration of zero point and full scale), greatly simplifying the measurement process and reducing the cost of on-site data acquisition. The WH311 is easy to install, simply fixing the level probe 3-5 meters above the deep well pump when the pump is lowered into the well. Suitable for deep well water level measurement and monitoring, solving the problem of difficult deep well water level measurement, with the following points meeting user needs:

Measurement sensitivity and range: It can accurately measure subtle fluctuations in groundwater level and temperature, and can also monitor a larger range of water level and temperature fluctuations.

Waterproof Performance
|
The WH311 probe features a fully welded, one-piece structure design, ensuring normal operation underwater at 1000 meters. Each unit undergoes a 20MPa waterproof test (equivalent to 2000 meters underwater waterproofing);

Steel Wire Cable
|
Signal transmission uses a high-strength polyurethane steel wire cable (during laying, pay attention to protecting the cable), ensuring real-time, high-precision, and stable output of temperature and liquid level measurement signals;

Protecting the Deep Well Pump
|
Real-time display of deep well water level and temperature, with high and low level alarm functions. It can be linked with the deep well pump to achieve a low-level pump stop function, preventing the deep well pump from burning out.

Power Supply Options
|
Three power supply requirements can be achieved: AC 220V power supply; DC 24V portable outdoor battery; built-in battery in the probe (battery life can meet the long-term working needs of the probe)

*Requirements for water extraction test monitoring equipment and transmission system
Install one set of groundwater automatic monitoring equipment that can measure and record water level, water temperature, and other factors, and can automatically record data; the automatic recorder has a stainless steel shell, a simple structure, and small size; the monitoring frequency is selectable (1S-4 minutes), and the data storage capacity is not less than 200,000 entries; data can be exported directly in tabular format.

IV. Wiring Instructions
1. Connect the level temperature probe WH6. The display recorder shows the real-time liquid level at the top and the real-time temperature at the bottom.
2. With recording function, the data is recorded, and the random U disk can export the data to generate tabular data at any time.
