Groundwater level and temperature monitoring instrument


The WH311 groundwater level and water temperature monitoring instrument uses a new type of large-scale integrated circuit and supports 48-channel signal input. It has RS232/485 communication interfaces, supports U-disk export of historical data, and can provide sensor power distribution. It has display and recording functions, with selectable recording intervals from 1 second to 4 minutes, real-time curve display, historical curve recall, and bar graph display. Wanhe groundwater level and water temperature automatic monitoring instruments have been applied in Xinjiang, Guizhou Geological Bureau, Wuhan Seismological Bureau, Southwest Engineering and other exploration sites, directly solving the problem of difficult groundwater level monitoring.

    I. Specific Requirements

           Unit: Guizhou Provincial Geological Bureau 111 Geological Team

           Working Environment: Yudong Gorge geothermal water extraction test, deep well depth 1000 meters, water temperature within 90℃. 
           Monitoring Requirements: Real-time display of deep well water level during the water extraction test to provide a basis for calculating geothermal resource exploitation; automated monitoring to improve office efficiency and reduce manpower input; 
                          Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness; 
                          Ensure long-term operation underwater at 1000 meters and below 90℃.

     

    II. Measurement and Analysis

           Due to the special nature of deep well water level monitoring, non-contact methods such as radar level meters and ultrasonic level meters cannot effectively transmit signals, while magnetic level indicators and bubble-type level meters have depth limitations. 
           The WH311 deep well probe now uses a laser hydrostatic principle (laser calibration of zero point full scale), greatly simplifying the measurement process and reducing the cost of on-site data acquisition. The WH311 is easy to install; simply fix the level probe 3-5 meters above the deep well pump when lowering the pump. Suitable for deep well water level measurement and monitoring, solving the problem of difficulties in deep well water level measurement, with the following points to meet user needs:

    Component Structure

    Built-in monitoring components: Water level and water temperature monitoring are accomplished by a single probe.

    Accuracy

    Measurement sensitivity and range: It can accurately measure slight fluctuations in groundwater level and temperature, and can also monitor a larger range of water level and temperature fluctuations.

    Waterproof Performance

    The WH311 probe is an intellectual property product with an integrated structural design, ensuring normal operation underwater at 1000 meters; each unit undergoes a 20MPa waterproof test (equivalent to 2000 meters underwater);

    Steel Wire Cable

    Signal transmission uses polyurethane-grade steel wire cable (during placement, pay attention to protecting the cable) to ensure real-time, high-precision and stable output of temperature and level measurement signals;

    Protecting the Deep Well Pump

    Real-time display of deep well water level and temperature, and with high and low level alarm functions, it can be linked with the deep well pump to achieve low-level pump stop function, preventing the deep well pump from burning dry.

    Power Supply Options

    Three power supply requirements can be implemented: AC 220V power supply; DC 24V portable outdoor battery; built-in battery in the probe (battery life can meet the long-term work needs of the probe)

     

           *Requirements for water extraction test monitoring equipment and transmission system 
           Install one set of groundwater automatic monitoring equipment that can measure and record water level, water temperature, and other elements, and can automatically record data; the automatic recorder has a stainless steel shell, simple structure, and small size; the monitoring frequency is optional (1S-4 minutes), and the data storage capacity is no less than 200,000 entries; directly export tabular data.

           1. Connect the WH6 level and temperature probe to the display recorder, the top display shows real-time level, and the bottom shows real-time temperature.

           2. It has a recording function, recording the data. The random U disk can export the data to generate a table at any time.
